It's a start

I've been lurking on Bear Blog for a while, often reading the Discover feed. I even added it to my RSS feed list, thanks to Herman making it available for us geeky folk who still use feed readers.

There has been plenty written about the "indieweb", the "small web", etc. Even Kagi, one of my favourite services, has an entire Small Web section of their site dedicated to it, as well as a "lens" enabling searches of only such content. Bear Blog entries often appear there. That could even be how I first found my way here, I don't remember now.

The lunar new year has just begun, so I figure it's a good time to finally step up. As I've found in my reading here, many people start and pause, start and stop, delete and restart. We're always free to choose, so there's no reason not to try.

This blog is a work in progress. I plan to post a mix of things, and no LLM (AI) is used to write them. As well as random posts like this, I'll also write some nerdy posts, just for (my) fun. Never know, they might help somebody looking to solve similar issues.

I have analytics turned off, as I'm not interested in numbers. If you enjoyed the post or want to get in touch, I do like receiving email. You can find my address on the $HOME page.
